ExControlPlane

ExControlPlane is an Elixir library that implements the Envoy xDS protocol. It handles gRPC transport, resource versioning, and delta discovery so you can build custom control planes for Envoy in Elixir/OTP without reimplementing the protocol mechanics. It’s the foundation that ProxyConf builds on.
